The Delivery Partner manages the full client engagement for a strategic Dubai account across managed programs and staff augmentation.

Key responsibilities
- Own engagement delivery against scope, timelines, commercial agreements, and quality standards.
- Manage scope and stakeholder engagement across complex organizations and workstreams.
- Oversee fulfillment, staffing allocations, risks, and escalations with internal operational teams.
- Lead governance including Executive Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews, and weekly operational connects.
- Review engagement health and KPIs with client executives and internal leadership, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain touchpoints with client sponsors, steering members, program managers, and business leads; coordinate internal leadership, client partners, tech partners, and PMOs.
- Act as the key escalation channel for project risks and drive resolution and client satisfaction.
Required qualifications and experience
- 18 to 20 years of professional experience, operating at a Director or Senior Director level.
- Fit with the Consulting stream based on technical and strategic background.
- Extensive experience managing major client relationships and delivering technology or consulting programs in the Middle East.
- Prior UAE or GCC client experience is required.
- Exceptional executive communication, commercial acumen, and leadership presence for CXO conversations.
Preferred background
- Familiarity with Agentic AI platforms, Generative AI use cases, and advanced data solutions.
- Real Estate and Construction domain experience or exposure is a significant advantage.
