The Cybersecurity & Identity Product Manager owns the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for core cybersecurity and identity platforms.
The role translates technical challenges into scalable products that address customer needs and business objectives.
Product strategy and security
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Translate security threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, and customer risk assessments into product requirements, technical specifications, and remediation initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog across engineering capacity, customer and commercial needs, vulnerabilities, patches, and strategic initiatives.
Technical collaboration and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams, security architects, and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, high-performance cloud solutions.
- Lead agile activities, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and post-launch retrospectives.
Governance and stakeholders
- Work with security, legal, and compliance teams to support GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 in product features and development processes.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
Market, metrics, and launch
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify trends, threats, and product opportunities.
- Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, security effectiveness, customer satisfaction, system reliability, and platform performance.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on launch documentation, demonstrations, training, and enterprise resources.
