Role overview
Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
- Prepare and analyse performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Develop integrated schedules that identify interdependencies between projects and programmes.
- Support project implementation and management plans.
- Use EPM software to monitor and control performance; analyse schedule and cost risks to support corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, or project risk management.
- Practical experience in cost engineering, quantity management, project analysis, and project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience with Primavera P6 and EPM software.
- Experience preparing performance dashboards and integrated programme schedules.
- Experience developing implementation and management plans for major infrastructure projects.
