Oversee engineering, construction oversight, and quality management for major infrastructure and urban development projects.
The role covers infrastructure delivery, technical design review, project quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical delivery and supervision of roads, bridges, tunnels, drainage channels, and urban development programmes.
- Review engineering studies, design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, technical specifications, and regulations.
- Monitor quality through inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
- Improve project processes, support change management, and coordinate with project teams on technical and quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure supervision, design oversight, project quality, or related technical functions.
- Experience on major infrastructure projects and reviewing designs against standards and technical requirements.
- Experience with project quality management, inspections, testing, audits, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of quality management tools, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
- Experience improving project processes and supporting change management.
