Apex Tech is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to oversee critical inspection and compliance activities for a major power plant project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical inspections for Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant systems
- Supervise Hazardous Area (Ex) inspections in line with IECEx standards
- Ensure compliance with IEC 60079-17 and project technical specifications
- Manage calibration records for specialized inspection equipment
- Lead and coordinate technical inspection teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities
- Prepare technical reports, inspection documentation, and compliance records
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CCGT power plants
- Strong expertise in IECEx standards and hazardous area inspections
- Experience in power generation, shutdown, maintenance, or industrial inspection projects
- Proven leadership in technical or inspection teams in high-risk environments
- Strong knowledge of safety compliance and inspection procedures
- Ability to manage calibration certificates and technical documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills
