Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience across Oracle EBS R12 technical components.
The role involves leading technical design, customizations, integrations, performance tuning, and providing technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
The candidate will closely collaborate with functional teams, business users, and development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Job Description
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Implementation & Support projects with technical expertise in PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Personalization, BI Publisher and OAF
- Lead all technical workstreams for Oracle EBS R12 implementation and enhancements
- Design and build technical solutions across Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM or HRMS depending on project scope)
- Develop and review RICEFW components including: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows (WF), Forms, OAF objects
- Perform code reviews, development quality control, and enforce Oracle coding standards
- Support data conversion strategy, mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation
- Deployment approach for moving data across environments
- Perform and co-ordinate Unit / System Integration testing
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
