Position overview

Serve as technical lead for implementation and transition to a new ATS/CRM platform.

Lead data migration, integrations, configuration, privacy compliance, go-live readiness, and legacy system decommissioning.

Act as the primary technical liaison among business stakeholders, internal IT, privacy and security teams, and implementation vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams from requirements definition through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Set cutover and deployment strategies, including readiness assessments, rollback plans, production validation, and post-go-live support.
  • Oversee data mapping, cleansing, migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and business sign-off.
  • Validate requirements for configuration, integrations, reporting, operational support, and downstream processes.
  • Support integration readiness across SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, APIs, and BTP Middleware.
  • Drive privacy, security, retention, and compliance work, including Privacy Impact Assessment inputs.
  • Plan legacy system retirement, archival, transition, and decommissioning activities.
  • Manage implementation risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions.
  • Prepare cutover runbooks, readiness assessments, migration plans, archival frameworks, risk logs, and transition and support documentation.

Qualifications

  • Senior technical leadership delivering enterprise ATS, CRM, ERP, HRIS, or workforce management implementations.
  • Strong expertise in integrations, APIs, middleware, migration, transformation, and platform configuration.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Proven experience leading go-live, cutover, deployment readiness, and hypercare.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise privacy, security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional leadership, issue resolution, and technical decision-making.

Compensation

  • CAD 110–130 per hour; final compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and contract conditions.

Job type and duration

  • Full-time contract for 6 months.
