Analyst in Professional Services delivering tailored technical solutions for customer requirements.
The work includes implementation, AI-assisted workflows, data migrations, custom development, technical diagnosis, quality assurance, and project support.
Implementation and collaboration
- Deliver customer solutions, support custom development, and execute deployment and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer representatives; identify requirements and support tailored solutions under guidance.
Diagnosis and service improvement
- Use diagnostic tools to investigate routine technical issues and incidents, document resolutions, and escalate non-standard problems.
- Use AI-assisted and automated workflows in service delivery, identify appropriate use cases, and monitor and report effectiveness.
Role capabilities
- Growing expertise in system architecture, programming, and integration, with analytical ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Collaborative approach to customer and internal stakeholder work; clear documentation and communication of technical findings.
