- This role is for somebody to relocate to Vietnam, please only apply if you are will to relocate.
- I’m working with an international consultancy that delivers BIM led engineering packages for global design consultancies, and they’re now looking to bring in an Associate Technical Director to support the growth of their Structure and Civil team.
- The leadership of this business are all from international tier 1 consultancies so it would fit somebody from that background.
- This is a leadership role focused on overseeing technical delivery rather than sitting in production.
- You’ll be leading a team delivering structural and civil models and documentation for international projects, making sure everything is aligned with codes, standards and buildability, while also improving how the team operates from a digital and workflow point of view.

- Leading a structural and civil team delivering BIM led engineering packages
- Overseeing technical delivery across multiple international projects
- Ensuring compliance with codes, standards and buildability
- Managing client relationships and acting as the technical lead
- Driving improvements in BIM, workflows and digital delivery
- What they’re looking for
- Background in structural or civil engineering within a consultancy
- Experience leading teams and delivering projects
- Strong understanding of codes, standards and construction methods
- Experience working in BIM environments, Revit, Civil 3D or similar
- Comfortable working with international teams and clients
- This would suit someone at Associate or Engineering Manager level, or a strong Senior Engineer who has stepped into team leadership and is ready for a broader role.
