Position Overview
We are seeking a **Technical Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily technical operations.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Conateco LLC’s reputation for excellence in technical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical projects, service requests, and operational workflows.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of technical documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Support procurement and inventory management of technical equipment and resources.
- Prepare reports on technical performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical coordination, project management, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of technical processes, project workflows, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
