Technical Account Manager - PCS

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dairy and food manufacturing customers. Act as a technical subject matter expert across dairy cleaning and production process applications. Support technical service teams with troubleshooting, product trials and customer projects. Develop strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for business growth. Generate leads through customer engagement, site visits and market activity. Contribute to tenders, proposals, pricing submissions and contract discussions. Work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain and Product Management teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Who are we looking for? Experience within dairy, food, beverage, chemicals or related manufacturing industries. Technical qualifications or industry experience in a relevant discipline. Experience in account management, sales, technical service or customer-facing roles. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. A proactive approach to business development and identifying growth opportunities. Ability to influence, negotiate and engage with customers at multiple levels. Highly regarded: Dairy processing or food manufacturing knowledge. Project management or leadership experience. Experience supporting technical cleaning or production process applications.
