Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business, technology and transformation projects. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and governance requirements. Facilitate project team meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities. Prepare project reporting, steering committee packs and executive updates. Build strong relationships with business sponsors, project teams and senior stakeholders. Manage vendors and external delivery partners where required. Contribute to project management best practice and continuous improvement across the PMO. Who are we looking for? Project Management experience delivering medium to large business, technology or transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation. Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies. Strong facilitation, coordination and project leadership capability. Experience working with Waterfall (ideal), Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management certification. Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial environments. Qualifications in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline would be good, but not essential.
