Demand & Supply Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand and supply planning cycle for the Trading portfolio. Partner with Product Managers and Account Managers to develop accurate and achievable demand plans. Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and replenishment plans. Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance and material availability. Identify supply constraints, inventory risks and improvement opportunities. Support S&OP and IBP processes through analysis, recommendations and decision support. Maintain planning master data and planning parameters within SAP. Drive continuous improvement across forecasting, planning and inventory management processes. Who are we looking for? Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related planning discipline. Experience using planning tools beyond Excel, such as Maestro, SAP, or similar platforms. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions. Understanding of what good planning processes look like, ideally gained within a mature S&OP or IBP environment. Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and commercial acumen. Curiosity, drive and a willingness to learn and improve existing processes. Highly regarded: Experience across both demand and supply planning. Exposure to Maestro or similar planning platforms. Tertiary qualification coupled with APICS certification or related supply chain qualifications.
