Team Leader - Traders Hub CFD Platform

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Team Leader - Traders Hub CFD Platform to oversee and manage a high-performing telesales team specializing in Forex, Commodities, and CFD products across U.S. and global markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in telesales leadership, revenue generation, and team development within a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the telesales floor to ensure optimal team performance and achievement of daily KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition for Forex and CFD products.
• Train, mentor, and coach telesales executives to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Monitor live calls and provide real-time feedback to maintain high communication and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to streamline client onboarding processes.
• Prepare and analyze daily and weekly sales reports and performance dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to international regulatory standards and internal quality policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the Forex, CFD, or commodities sector.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (MT4/MT5 preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) are an advantage.

• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission
