Role Overview
Lead sales growth for a leading salon and haircare business in the UAE.
Own market P&L, sales strategy, team performance, client relationships, pricing, and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and drive sales strategy for the market.
- Lead, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Build and grow client relationships through regular market visits.
- Deliver accurate, competitive pricing and support proposal development.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of UAE experience in the haircare or hair-loss business.
- 3+ years in a team lead or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management.
- Fluent English.
- UAE driving license and own car.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and haircare.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Master’s degree is a plus.

Compensation
- Salary is AED 8,000–10,000 per month, plus visa and insurance.
