Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for residential and commercial fit-out projects in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Work with design, procurement, and project teams to keep bids competitive and profitable.
Responsibilities
- Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents; prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Prepare BOQs, pricing schedules, and timely tender submissions.
- Obtain and compare quotations for materials, joinery, MEP, and finishes.
- Visit sites to assess scope, take measurements, and verify existing conditions.
- Coordinate value engineering and cost-saving alternatives with designers and project managers.
- Track UAE fit-out material prices, labour rates, and market trends.
- Support variation pricing and cost control; maintain a database of rates, quotations, and estimates.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of UAE fit-out estimation experience and a valid UAE driving licence; both are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, finishes, and MEP cost components.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; PlanSwift or CostX familiarity is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several tenders.
- Good communication skills and immediate availability.
Compensation
- Salary up to AED 7,000 per month, based on experience.

- The role is based in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE and includes site visits.
