Laundry Manager for a VVIP private family in Dubai Hills, Dubai.
Oversees household laundry, garment care, and linen operations while leading a team of three.
Responsibilities
- Manage washing, dry-cleaning coordination, ironing, pressing, and folding.
- Care for designer, couture, silk, cashmere, and other delicate fabrics.
- Lead, train, and supervise three laundry staff and manage daily duties.
- Maintain family wardrobes and oversee household linen care.
- Apply stain-removal techniques and manage linen, garment, and supply inventory.
- Coordinate with external dry cleaners and tailors for specialized care and alterations.
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely and protect family privacy.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of laundry management experience; VVIP, royal-household, or five-star hotel experience is preferred.
- Expert fabric-care, garment-label, and luxury clothing knowledge, with proven team leadership and training experience.
- Good command of English and Russian-speaking ability; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong organization and time management; discreet, polished, and well-mannered.
- Flexible to accommodate the family's schedule and available to join immediately.
Compensation
- The description lists AED 9,000 per month in the opening compensation line and AED 8,000 per month in the offer section, plus benefits.
