We are expanding and excited to announce openings for an experienced
Operations Manager / Senior Team Leader
for our new branch in Sharjah.

Kids Indoor Soft Play Areas, Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), or Theme Parks

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational challenges professionally
- Monitor ticketing, birthday parties, events, and overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies
- Coordinate with management on business growth, promotions, and operational improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in Kids Indoor Play Areas, Theme Parks, Trampoline Parks, or Family Entertainment Centers
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Leader
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operations efficiently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards in entertainment/play areas
- UAE experience preferred
