Team Leader - Jeddah

About This Role

Purpose of Position

• To provide direction, instruction, and guidance to a group, ensuring they achieve specific organizational goals while fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work culture.
• The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Major Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Manage team schedules, attendance, and workload distribution.
• Ensure the team contributes effectively to achieving the annual revenue target.
• Monitor and follow up on monthly revenue performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive revenue-related initiatives.
• Prepare monthly performance updates and revenue reports for management review.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and performance expectations.
• Ensure all operational processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle escalated inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training needs and support team development plans.
• Coach team members to enhance skills, quality, and productivity.
• Assistance in preparation of quotations / proposals / tenders related to civil engineering activities

Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering
• 09 Years’ experience
