Operation Team Leader
About This Role
Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse operations teams to achieve productivity and service targets.
- Coordinate daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor workflows, resolve operational issues, and improve process efficiency.
- Support performance management through task allocation, coaching, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 3 5 years of experience in warehouse or retail operations, including 1 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Experience across multiple warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and related operational systems.
- Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
