Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen stock.
- Ensure staff follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and incident reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning techniques
- Ability to manage time and resources efficiently
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with facilities management practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping
- Experience in UAE or GCC region is an advantage
