Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise mover crews to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Plan and coordinate moving schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service quality.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations, staff performance, and incidents.
- Handle unexpected challenges such as delays, damages, or staffing issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years in moving, logistics, or related supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English; hindi is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
