Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Housekeeping to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Team Leader Housekeeping, you’ll support the housekeeping operations by supervising daily cleaning activities, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards, and assisting in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping colleagues

· Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained

· Assist in assigning daily tasks and monitoring work performance to ensure operational efficiency

· Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment are properly maintained and available

· Support room readiness and coordinate with the Front Office team to meet guest arrival requirements

· Train, guide, and support housekeeping colleagues in maintaining service and quality standards

· Report maintenance issues and follow up with the relevant departments to ensure timely resolution

· Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures

· Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns in a professional and timely manner

· Support pre-opening housekeeping preparations and operational readiness

Qualifications

· Previous experience in housekeeping operations within hotels

· Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred

· Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and room inspection practices

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent English communication skills
