Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to support kitchen operations.

Your Role

As the Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring consistent food quality and preparation standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and run a specific section of the kitchen

· Ensure high quality food preparation and presentation

· Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff within the section

· Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

· Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

· Support the Sous Chef and kitchen team during service

Qualifications

· Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in hospitality

· Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations

· Strong attention to detail and quality standards

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Good teamwork and communication skills

· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
