Overview

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Hostess, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for guests by managing restaurant seating arrangements, greeting guests warmly, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and escort them to their tables

· Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments to ensure efficient restaurant operations

· Maintain an accurate overview of table availability and dining room occupancy

· Coordinate with restaurant colleagues to optimize guest flow and seating arrangements

· Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant offerings and services

· Handle guest requests and special seating requirements whenever possible

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas

· Assist in monitoring guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to the restaurant team

· Ensure compliance with service standards, grooming requirements, and operational procedures

· Support pre-opening restaurant preparations and operational readiness

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a hostess, guest service, restaurant, or hospitality role is preferred

· Strong customer service orientation and passion for hospitality

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy service periods

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

· Excellent English communication skills
