Lead a team while upholding safety, customer service, and operational efficiency standards.
Reports to the Duty Manager or Venue Manager.
Team management and reporting
- Create daily run-sheets and staff assignments; conduct briefings, grooming checks, and break-compliance checks.
- Monitor staff engagement and performance, coach staff on the job, and escalate issues to the Duty Manager.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, safety, and attraction checklists; submit summaries and highlight issues.
- Report team performance, incidents, and guest concerns to the Duty or Venue Manager each day.
Guest experience and operations
- Engage guests and oversee attraction flow, queue management, and problem-solving; respond to non-escalated guest concerns.
- Prepare and reset birthday rooms, party setups, and event spaces.
- Encourage the team to meet monthly sales targets and provide support and tools to help them succeed.
- Cover limited Duty Manager responsibilities when assigned and support reception cash operations, including safe cash in/out and cash exchange.
- Lead small operational projects such as events, queue flow, and merchandise displays.
Language requirement
- Arabic and English are required.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
