Roles & Responsibilities
- Support implementation of e-invoicing solutions, including system configuration, integration with ERP, and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in executing e-invoicing projects (impact assessment, gap analysis, testing, and go-live support).
- Coordinate with tax, IT, and finance teams to translate e-invoicing requirements into system functionalities.
- Support vendor interactions, including onboarding, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Identify automation opportunities in invoicing and reporting processes.
- Work with transactional data to support validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to e-invoicing regulations and highlight compliance risks.
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, presentations, and implementation documentation.
Key Requirement
- sExperience in tax technology or VAT/GST, with exposure to e-invoicing preferred
- .Understanding of e-invoicing frameworks and compliance requirements
- .Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and integration concepts is a plus
- .Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
