Role Overview
As the UAE tax landscape continues to evolve, Moore JFC is expanding its Tax practice and is seeking to hire a Tax Associate with 1–2 years of experience in a tax function.
The ideal candidate will hold a CA, ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent professional qualification relevant to tax services.
This role involves working closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to a broad range of tax matters and client interactions across compliance, advisory, and consulting engagements.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, continuous learning, and proactive deadline management while adapting to regulatory and technological changes.
Job Description
- Conduct research on technical and complex tax issues and prepare reports and memoranda
- Assist in tax advisory, planning, and compliance engagements
- Prepare and review corporate tax computations and returns
- Analyze financial data and transactions to identify tax implications
- Support project delivery across engagements
- Monitor UAE and relevant international tax developments
- Assist with correspondence with Tax Authorities
- Support risk management, internal documentation, and quality processes
Qualifications And Skills
- CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in tax or finance (professional services preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE tax laws; international tax law is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a multicultural team
