The Role

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business problems and develop strategic solutions to enhance organizational performance.
• Consult with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with client teams to drive alignment and change management.
• Support the implementation of agreed strategies and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality consulting services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Management Consultant or similar role within auditing, consulting, or business advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as required.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in team settings.
