Lead talent development, L&D, performance management, and LMS initiatives for a holding group in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management and development strategies.
- Lead L&D programmes, training needs assessments, and employee capability development.
- Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee LMS administration, implementation, and effectiveness.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent reviews.
- Analyse learning and performance metrics to measure impact and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent initiatives with organisational objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in talent management, L&D, and performance management.
- Strong hands-on experience with LMS platforms and performance management frameworks.
- Proven expertise in employee development, succession planning, and learning strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
