Support international customer programmes and help ensure smooth service delivery for an organization in healthcare and diagnostics.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of international customer programmes and service activities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, external partners, and internal teams.
- Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and operational follow-ups.
- Maintain programme documentation, certifications, and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams and locations, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Monitor service progress, identify operational issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support for effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous customer service, service coordination, administration, or operational support experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently in an international environment.
