The employer seeks an organised, detail-oriented European Operations & Compliance Administrator for its client's Dubai office.
The role supports operations related to European projects, including onboarding, workforce mobilisation, documentation, and compliance administration.
The administrator will liaise with internal teams and external service providers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee and operative onboarding and mobilisation for European projects.
- Maintain onboarding trackers, employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with Payroll, Compliance, Recruitment, Resourcing, and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with external payroll providers and other service partners.
- Assist with registrations, appointments, training, site documentation, and worker rotations.
- Provide administrative support to European Sales and Account Management teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Administration, Operations Coordination, Recruitment Administration, Payroll Support, or Compliance Administration.
- Experience with onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, or workforce coordination.
- Good Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to European clients, teams, projects, or international operations is preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, manpower, construction, engineering, payroll services, or international workforce operations is advantageous.
