Ninja is excited to offer a Talent Acquisition position under the Tamheer program, designed to provide fresh graduates with practical experience and professional development in HR and recruitment.
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding activities while learning from experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings and screening candidate applications
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth integration
- Participate in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate records and HR databases
- Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and tasks
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
