RESPONSIBILITIES :
1- Search for suitable candidates to fill the vacant position with matching candidates.
2- Publish job Ads in Jadarat, social media programs and other sources mainly LinkedIn to collect qualified CVS
3- Conduct initial HR interview and shortlist the qualified candidates for second round with department’s head.
4- Hire local (Saudi – non-Saudi) and overseas candidates as per plan, best & efficient source.
5- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till joining date
6- Perform new employee’s induction to explain new employees company rules & main policies, his job tasks, company culture.
7- Collaborate with HR teams and management to ensure candidates align with job requirements and company culture.
8- Organize recruitment events and job fairs to enhance the company’s market presence and expand the pool of potential candidates.
9- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and relevant local laws, and handle any employment-related issues.
