to join our growing HR team and take part in
end-to-end recruitment

local and international markets

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full
- recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end hiring)
- Source candidates using
- LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
- Conduct
- HR interviews
- and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close vacancies efficiently
- Support
- local and overseas hiring
- activities
- Ensure a smooth
- candidate experience
- from sourcing to onboarding
- Participate in
- career fairs and employer branding activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong skills in
- sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Fluent in Arabic with good English communication
- Experience using
- LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
