What You'll Be Doing
- Shadowing Talent Acquisition Partners and attending hiring meetings and interviews to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment.
- Supporting candidate sourcing across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, and contributing to the building of talent pipelines and talent maps for key brands.
- Conducting supervised phone screenings and preparing candidate summaries in line with the Group's evaluation standards.
- Coordinating interview scheduling, supporting assessment days, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Assisting in the coordination of start programs in collaboration with Chalhoub University.
- Attending hiring manager briefings and co-conducting interviews to gain exposure to stakeholder management and hiring calibration discussions.
- Supporting the offer and approvals process, onboarding coordination, and recruitment compliance documentation.
- Contributing to recruitment reporting and dashboards by tracking key hiring metrics and KPIs.
- Managing selected entry-level requisitions end-to-end and leading a recruitment initiative — such as a walk-in hiring event, campus recruitment drive, or employer branding project — upon program completion.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business Administration.
- Fresh Graduate.
- Eligible for Tamheer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
