Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Recruitment Supervisor** to join our growing team at **Contracting & Construction Enterprises**.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet our staffing needs in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track the recruitment process using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
