Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alsoliman Real Estate is responsible for managing recruitment processes by contributing to candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
Screen resumes and manage candidate profiles through the ATS system.
Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements.
Support the preparation of offer letters and conduct reference checks.
Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and participate in recruitment events.
Qualifications
- and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment processes.
- Experience working with
SAP
- systems.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment technologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
