Multimedia Content Producer & Technical Broadcast Specialist

Position Overview

Key Responsibilitiescontent Creation & Production

• Capture high-quality videos and photographs for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, events, real estate projects, social media, interviews, testimonials, and promotional activities.
• Plan, storyboard, shoot, and deliver creative content aligned with brand objectives.
• Create engaging content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, websites, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Operate professional DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema, and Broadcast Cameras.
• Utilize drones, gimbals, stabilizers, and advanced filming equipment to produce premium-quality content.
• Cover corporate events, launches, exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, and internal company activities.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertising campaigns, corporate presentations, documentaries, podcasts, and event highlights.
• Perform advanced color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, long-form content, promotional videos, and commercial productions.
• Create subtitles, captions, visual effects, and branded graphics.
• Organize, manage, archive, and maintain media assets and project files.

Live Streaming & Broadcast Operations

• Plan, configure, and execute professional live streaming productions.
• Manage multi-camera live broadcasts for events, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and corporate communications.
• Operate live switching systems and broadcast workflows.
• Configure and manage streaming software and platforms.
• Monitor stream quality, bandwidth utilization, latency, audio quality, and viewer experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live broadcasts.
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of live events across multiple platforms.

Audio Visual & Technical Operations

• Set up and operate professional audio systems including mixers, wireless microphones, audio interfaces, recording devices, and sound processors.
• Design and implement professional lighting setups for studios, interviews, podcasts, events, and commercial productions.
• Configure video switchers, encoders, decoders, capture cards, and broadcast equipment.
• Support hybrid events, virtual events, webinars, podcasts, and studio productions.
• Configure and maintain streaming infrastructure and production networks.
• Maintain all multimedia and broadcast equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Lead technical setup and execution during high-profile corporate events and productions.
• Recommend new technologies and equipment that enhance production quality and operational efficiency.

Ai-Powered Content Creation & Innovation

• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content production, editing, and creative workflows.
• Create AI-generated visuals, animations, voiceovers, concepts, mood boards, and creative assets while maintaining brand standards.
• Use AI solutions to improve image quality, video enhancement, audio cleanup, transcription, subtitling, localization, and content repurposing.
• Develop AI-assisted content variations for campaigns, social media, digital advertising, and corporate communications.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate production timelines while maintaining premium quality standards.
• Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve content performance and operational efficiency.
• Train and support team members in adopting AI-powered content creation workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Broadcasting, Media Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in videography, photography, editing, live streaming, and multimedia production.
• Demonstrated experience managing live productions, events, and technical audiovisual operations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and technical production capabilities.
