Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for **healthcare allied health and administrative roles**.
This contract role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring timely hiring delivery in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for **allied health and administrative positions**
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support hiring targets within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in **healthcare recruitment** (allied health and/or admin hiring)
- **Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)** with strong English communication skills
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals
- Ability to work independently in a contract‑based role
Preferred
- Prior experience recruiting in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare groups
- Immediate or short notice availability
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
