About This Role
Job Summary
- **Work Schedule:**
- 5 days/week, 2 changeable days off
- **Shifts:**
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (every 4 days)
- **Role:**
- Acts as the primary contact for shift operations, oversees daily activities, staff, resources, and ensures operational goals and safety compliance.
Experience Required
- 5+ years in stevedoring operations (vessel, yard, logistics)
- Cargo handling (loading, unloading, lashing, stowing)
- Complex logistics management
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations & hazard management
Knowledge Areas
- Shipping, stevedoring, and marshalling processes
- Use of heavy machinery & specialized stevedoring equipment
- Handling of different cargo types (including hazardous materials)
- Health & safety legislation, incident investigation
- Customs & shipping documentation
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and communication

- Planning, organization, and strategic thinking
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in
