Overview
- Purpose of the Job
- To drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction by strategically managing key commercial relationships, negotiating contracts, developing and promoting landside and terminal products, conducting market intelligence, and aligning commercial activities with RSGT's operational capabilities and financial objectives.
Contract Negotiation & Management
- Lead negotiation, drafting & administration of commercial contracts (shipping lines, landside, partners)
- Review contract terms, pricing & SLAs; identify and mitigate credit, compliance & operational risks
- Track contractual KPIs and coordinate with legal, finance & ops through execution and renewal cycles
• Key Account Management
- Serve as primary commercial contact for key shipping lines, freight forwarders & landside accounts
- Develop tailored account plans with revenue targets, growth strategies & retention measures
- Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure accounts are informed of new services & changes
- Product Creation and Development
- Identify market gaps; design & package terminal products for seaside and landside segments
- Launch new offerings (empty depot, transport, warehousing) with pricing & offering strategy
- Continuously review product competitiveness based on market feedback and customer input
• Customer Relations & Satisfaction
- Build long term relationships with shipping lines, forwarders, importers, exporters & logistics providers
- Manage CRM data; represent RSGT at customer meetings, forums & industry events
- Handle feedback constructively and drive continuous improvement across internal stakeholders
• Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes & emerging business opportunities
- Produce periodic market reports; share intelligence with leadership for pricing & strategic decisions
- Engage with authorities (Customs, Mawani, MOT) to stay ahead of market developments

- Office-based with frequent customer meetings

Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain/sales
- Shipping, terminal or logistics industry preferred
- Proven contract negotiation & key account experience
Education / Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business administration or related fields

- Fluent English; strong written & verbal communication
