GI Properties
is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for sales and corporate positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct interviews and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining hiring quality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
- Experience with recruitment platforms and hiring tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
