- Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms
- Source high quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit
- Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
- Prepare comprehensive interview evaluations and hiring recommendations
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for successful candidates
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role
- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience conducting structured candidate interviews
- Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools for remote interviews
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities

About the Role

- This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for a diverse range of client positions across multiple industries.
- You will own the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate presentation while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.

Required Experience & Skills
- Must Have: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role.
