About the Role

  • Pavago is seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team.
  • This role plays a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for a diverse range of client positions across multiple industries.
  • You will own the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate presentation while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
  • Source high quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, and cultural fit.
  • Assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive interview evaluations and hiring recommendations.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed profiles highlighting their strengths and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview scheduling and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Must Have: Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar hiring role.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience conducting structured candidate interviews.
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing tools for remote interviews.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions.
