About the Role

  • Pavago is hiring an Inbound Marketer to help build scalable, inbound driven marketing systems for fast growing companies.
  • This role goes far beyond traditional SEO. We’re looking for someone who understands how content, search, distribution, conversion, and buyer psychology work together to drive real business growth.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating high quality inbound content, improving search visibility, building lead magnets, optimizing conversion paths, and distributing content across the right channels to generate awareness, demand, and qualified leads.
  • This is a hands on execution role for someone who can think strategically while consistently shipping strong inbound assets that produce measurable outcomes — not vanity metrics.

What You’ll Own

  • Content Creation & SEO Optimization: Create high quality, value driven inbound content; write SEO optimized blogs, landing pages, website copy; develop content aligned with search intent; optimize for traditional and AI driven search.
  • Inbound Marketing Execution: Execute inbound marketing initiatives across SEO, content marketing, lead magnets, social distribution, and website conversion flows; support content distribution across LinkedIn, X, newsletters; build inbound systems that connect content → engagement → conversion.
  • Lead Magnets & Conversion Assets: Develop guides, playbooks, checklists, and gated resources; write conversion focused copy for CTAs, landing pages, thank you pages, and nurture flows; improve conversion rates through stronger messaging.
  • Research & Content Strategy: Conduct deep research on industries, competitors, buyer pain points, and search opportunities; identify content gaps and inbound growth opportunities; develop strong content angles and positioning.
  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor content and inbound performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs; analyze engagement, rankings, conversions; optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, or content writing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, and inbound funnel strategy.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent written English and storytelling ability.
  • Experience creating conversion focused inbound content.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing inbound or SEO driven content work.

Preferred Experience

  • Agency or B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience building and promoting lead magnets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social content distribution strategies.
  • Understanding of AI search optimization and evolving search behavior.
  • Experience improving website conversion rates and inbound lead generation.

  • Growth in organic traffic and qualified inbound leads.
  • Improved keyword rankings and search visibility.
  • Conversion rates on landing pages and lead magnets.
