Employment Type: Outsource position for 6 months

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support hiring needs across the organization.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with Dubai Government entities and possess strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Experience working with
  • Dubai Government entities is mandatory
  • (not ministries).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
