The company develops and manages large-scale integrated communities and tourism-driven projects, including hotels, serviced residences, retail, and leisure destinations.

Its hospitality arm supports major urban and cultural hubs, delivering high-quality guest experiences in collaboration with international operators.

Summary

Lead and oversee the Human Resources function across the hospitality portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, Emiratization, succession planning, and UAE labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development.
  • Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team.
  • Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization.
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Lead Emiratization initiatives and ensure achievement of national workforce targets.
  • Manage relationships with government authorities and relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with operational leaders to address workforce challenges and staffing requirements.
  • Support pre-opening and expansion projects from an HR perspective, if applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within the hospitality sector
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Must have a UAE family book
