About the Role

What You Will Do

• **Full-Cycle Recruiting:**
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for critical engineering, product, commercial, and operations roles.
• **Strategic Partnership:**
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on talent, and drive urgency and velocity through the hiring process.
• **Proactive Sourcing:**
• Source top-tier passive candidates creatively through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and Joblet.ai's own platform.
• **Candidate Experience:**
• Design and deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that authentically reflects Joblet.ai's brand and core values.
• **Data & Reporting:**
• Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) and deliver actionable reporting to executive leadership.
• **Process Improvement:**
• Continuously refine and elevate our hiring processes, interview frameworks, and employer branding initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:**
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech company or top-tier recruiting agency.
• **Versatility:**
• Proven experience successfully hiring for both technical roles (engineering, data, product) and commercial roles (sales, marketing, ops).
• **Sourcing Chops:**
• Strong, creative sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive, hard-to-find talent.
• **Communication:**
• Exceptional candidate communication and relationship management skills.
• **Technical Proficiency:**
• A highly data-oriented approach to pipeline management and deep proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• **Mindset:**
• A deep, foundational belief that hiring is a strategic growth function, not merely an administrative one.
