About the Role
Joblet.ai is looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our enterprise employer clients across North America and Europe.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Joblet.ai platform while actively identifying opportunities to expand platform usage and deepen the partnership.
What You Will Do
- **Portfolio Management:**
- Own a dedicated portfolio of enterprise accounts, directly driving retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- **Strategic Alignment:**
- Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to align Joblet.ai capabilities with their overarching hiring goals.
- **Revenue Growth:**
- Proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Enterprise Solutions, InterviewAI, and our premium service offerings.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth platform launches and drive feature adoption.
- **Product Feedback:**
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer, feeding critical market insights back to the Product and Engineering teams.
- **Risk Mitigation:**
- Continuously monitor account health metrics and proactively address risk signals before they escalate into churn.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:**
- 3–6 years of account management, customer success, or B2B sales experience, ideally within the HR Tech, SaaS, or recruitment industries.
- **Enterprise Growth:**
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage, retain, and grow a complex portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- **Executive Presence:**
- Strong executive communication skills with a high level of comfort presenting in boardrooms to CHROs and VP-level stakeholders.
- **Analytical Mindset:**
- A highly data-driven approach to account planning, health monitoring, and performance tracking.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Hands-on experience navigating CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- **Approach:**
- A consultative mindset paired with genuine curiosity about solving your clients' most complex business and hiring challenges.
