About the Role

What You Will Do

• **Dashboarding & Reporting:**
• Build and maintain robust dashboards and reporting pipelines that track core product usage, campaign performance, and top-level business KPIs.
• **Deep-Dive Analysis:**
• Conduct thorough analyses on candidate matching quality, employer engagement trends, and platform conversion rates.
• **Experimentation:**
• Partner closely with Product Managers to instrument new features and meticulously design A/B testing frameworks.
• **Commercial Support:**
• Support our commercial teams with client-facing analytics, customized performance reports, and actionable campaign insights.
• **Trend Identification:**
• Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in platform data, surfacing key findings to relevant executive stakeholders.
• **Infrastructure Growth:**
• Contribute to the continuous development, scaling, and documentation of Joblet.ai's internal data infrastructure.

\\What We Are Looking For

• **Experience:**
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a highly related analytical role.
• *(Bonus: Prior experience in a marketplace, AdTech, or HR tech environment).*
• **Core Technical Skills:**
• Strong proficiency in SQL (required) and working knowledge of Python or R for deep analysis and automation.
• **BI Mastery:**
• Hands-on experience building visualizations within BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• **Problem Solving:**
• A strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems, design the correct analytical approach, and communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• **Data Dexterity:**
• High comfort level working with large, complex datasets spread across multiple systems.
• **Statistical Knowledge:**
• Solid familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and understanding of statistical significance.
